About Us
After being independent agents themselves for several years and amassing a book of business of 750-1,000 individually, Prosperity Health Group was founded by Julian Cancino and Nicholas Gebert back in 2024 with the goal of providing agents a true pathway in the health insurance industry to succeed. In order to make this goal a reality Prosperity partnered up with Connect One Health and The Senior Resource Group and since mid 2024 have grown to 30+ dedicated agents and over 7,500 active clients on the books.
We recognize that far too many agencies are ran like sweatshops where there's no light at the end of the tunnel. On top of the industry leading leads, technology, and back office support, agents with Prosperity also benefit from level set residuals on all active policies written. This gives agents a true pathway to building a long term career in this space and we're here to help expedite that growth.
