From being independent agents for several years to operating an agency and scaling to 30+ agents and doing over 7,000 apps in a calendar year, we've seen what works and what doesn't. This experience along with our partnership with the Senior Resource Group and Connect One Health has given us a lot of insight as to what it takes to grow efficiently at the independent level and agency level to the point where we have it mapped out systematically and we're confident we can plug anyone into this model and help them grow.
